Check before you register.
Explore building materials, food staples, and petroleum products. You can browse and build a cart before you register.
Create your account and verify your identity with your BVN and NIN. Every buyer completes the same check — it keeps the marketplace trustworthy and unlocks ordering.
Review your items, quantities, delivery area and fee, and the total before you commit. Nothing is charged until you place the order.
Pay by bank transfer, from your RoyalGate wallet, or on delivery if you're eligible. Payments always go to the company account — never to an agent.
Follow your order from confirmation through processing, dispatch, and out-for-delivery, with a clear status at every step.
When your delivery arrives, share your one-time delivery code with the RoyalGate agent to confirm receipt. Only share it at the door.
The answers most first-time buyers want up front.
Identity checks usually complete within 24 hours. You can browse and prepare a cart while you wait; you'll be notified once your account is approved.
Bank transfer, your prepaid RoyalGate wallet, and Pay on Delivery for eligible buyers. All payments go to the Royal Gate company account.
You can cancel before the order is dispatched — the reserved stock and delivery slot are released and any payment is handled per our refund process. Once an order is out for delivery it can no longer be cancelled from the app.
Report it from the order page. Delivered orders have a 'Report an issue' option, and support can help resolve shortages, damage, or incorrect items tied to your order reference.
Wholesale prices move with the market. The price you see is confirmed in your cart and at checkout before you pay, and stock is checked at that point too.
Your BVN and NIN are used only to verify your identity and set up your wallet. Sensitive details are never shared with delivery agents or shown in full after entry.
